| Table-side Ordering
The secure Scotch App is loaded onto your mobile SmartPOS terminal. This App is integrated with your existing POS Software. The Menu Builder function allows for custom drag-and-drop menu building from your current POS Software system.
TermApp.ISO Payment App is included for seamless payment processing. Accept payments from bank cards (VISA & Mastercard), QR-codes, Snapscan, and Zapper or cash. Loyalty programs are also incorporated.
The hardware solution adheres to all PCI EMV security standards.
| Self-service Option
The SmartPOS solution can be extended to include a self-service kiosk station. This kiosk serves as an advertising unit while not in use. The kiosks feature full HD quality with built-in speakers, making them great multi-purpose display units.
Customers can place their orders and pay at the same station.
This capability makes take-away queues efficient without utilizing waiters from the restaurant floor. Kiosks can also be installed remotely (in malls, for instance), accepting paid orders for collection or table reservations. Our kiosks are robust, fanless units and can handle high volumes. This is why we have success with drive-through ordering installations too.
